A BOOK I WISH I HAD WHEN BURNOUT STOPPED EVERYTHING

A raw and honest story of burnout and recovery, blending personal experience with practical tools that helped me heal. For anyone who feels exhausted, lost, or ready to come home to themselves.

MY STORY

From collapse to coming home

On a cold February morning in Stockholm, I told my husband I didn’t want to live anymore. Not that I wanted to die. I meant I could no longer live the way I had been living. From the outside, my life looked successful: an international career, three children, four languages, a full and functioning life. Inside, something had collapsed. This book was written from that collapse. It is my story, the tools that helped me, and the reminders I wish I had when I was at my lowest.

WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK

— To show that burnout is not a personal weakness – it is a signal from your body and soul.— To open the conversation about burnout that I could not find when I needed it most.— To share what actually helped me heal: a blend of spirituality and science.— To offer practical tools, reflections, and hope for your own journey.— To encourage you to listen to yourself before exhaustion becomes collapse.— To remind you: you are not alone, and healing is possible.

THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU IF…

— You feel exhausted, overwhelmed or emotionally drained.— Your life looks successful from the outside, but something inside feels disconnected.— You are stuck in survival mode and don’t recognize yourself anymore.— You are rebuilding after burnout, loss or a major life change.— You are ready to heal and reconnect with who you truly are.— You want to understand burnout – for yourself or someone you love.— You are seeking practical tools that support your mind, body and soul.

Loved, Seen & Heard is more than just a book; it’s an invitation to pause intentionally, listen inward, and return to yourself with compassion. Aiga shares her journey with tenderness and courage, and this vulnerability is what makes you connect at a deeper level.
Dhanak Suleman - Uruguay

Aiga’s book reached straight to my heart. Not only because she is my dear friend, but because her story resonated so deeply with some of my own experiences. Aiga’s story is deeply touching and immensely valuable. Instead of giving up or letting adversity define her, she found the strength to keep going and turned her experience into powerful insights that can now help others on their own journey.
As a Human Design analyst, it brings me genuine joy to see that Human Design was one of the tools that helped her reconnect with her authentic self, trust herself, let go of what wasn’t truly hers, and begin living as the person she was born to be.
I truly believe this book will offer hope, inspiration, and practical wisdom to anyone who has experienced burnout, faced life’s challenges, or is searching for a way back to themselves.

This book makes you feel like you’re not alone. It uses accessible language to express things that can feel confusing to experience and hard to describe. The author is very honest, and this book is an invitation for the reader to be more honest and have more compassion with themselves.
